When do you set up and pick up?

When booking a Castle you can list the desired set up & pick up time for your event! There is a late fee after 9pm of $50.

Is there a weather policy?

If it is raining the day of your event, you are able to reschedule for any future date available. If you decide to cancel, we will hold $100 that can be held for the next time you book. The inflatable must be shut off if winds exceed 25 mph. No exceptions.

Rules for Rentals?

We love a clean party just like you do! No Food, Drinks, Gum/Candy, Shoes, Writing Utensils, Sharp Objects, Water or other items that would damage or puncture the Castles or Bubble House. No exceptions.

Does the price include delivery & setting up?

We offer free delivery in Utah & Davis County. There is an additional delivery fee for surrounding areas.

Will the inflatables be clean?

Absolutely! We wash & sanitize the inflatables after every use.

Do you set up at parks?

We are fully licensed and insured, so we can set up at parks.

If City or Park requires them to be listed on insurance, Lessee is responsible for $100 insurance administration fee. It’s your job to make sure the park has electrical hookup to power the blower. If no power is available, Lessee is responsible for providing a generator (3500 Watt).

Please check with your park ahead of time to see what permits or proof of insurance they need us to provide!

What surfaces do you set up on?

We can set up on grass, turf, concrete, pavers, & asphalt. We cannot set up on any rocks as it will wear through the castles vinyl structure.

What are the dimensions of the castles?

Regular Castles 13x13 feet.

Mini Castle 6x6 feet.

The Bubble House 20x13x10 feet.
